Benefits, not box-checking
Preventive medicine, optimization, and the specialist access traditional insurance can't offer — all coordinated by a real human concierge on your team's behalf.
80+ biomarkers read every six months — covering metabolic health, cardiovascular risk, hormones, inflammation and more. Results land in the Rivendell app with clinician commentary and trend lines over time.
Every member picks a top-tier wearable on day one. Sleep, HRV and training load show up in the Rivendell app, so your concierge can personalize recommendations with real data.
We match members with hand-picked therapists and physios — many don't take any other insurance. Your concierge handles the intro, scheduling and reimbursement. Plan coinsurance applies, same as any other specialist visit.
Tell your concierge what you need filled. We route the prescription through Amazon Pharmacy — delivered in as little as three hours, with refills kept on cadence.
Your concierge finds every provider your growing family needs and stays on top of every claim — so when the baby arrives, no surprise bill follows.
The concierge
Every Rivendell team gets a shared Slack Connect channel and an iMessage number staffed by our concierge crew. We book appointments, fill prescriptions, route claims and find the specialists most insurance can't.
Every team gets a shared Slack Connect channel and an iMessage number staffed by our concierge crew. No bots answering coverage questions, no ticket queues.
Share what you need — a dermatologist, a physio, a specialist referral — and we handle scheduling end to end. Confirmation lands in the thread.
Prescriptions routed through Amazon Pharmacy for same-day delivery. We handle the refill cadence so nobody runs out between trips.
Your Rivendell plan connects to Claude, ChatGPT and any MCP-aware assistant out of the box — no extra app to install. Members just ask "am I covered for this?" and get an answer from the source.
Dentist in the Mission near Valencia — open after 6pm?
Three options, all in-network with evening availability. Want me to book the top-rated one tomorrow at 6:30?
Yes please. Also got a $420 urgent-care bill — should I worry?
Booked — confirmation incoming. The bill looks like a coding error; I'll open the dispute with the provider and ping you when it clears. Usually two business days.
How onboarding works
No census spreadsheets, no 40-page SBCs. Our founding team designs the plan, walks you through the quote, and hands your team off to a concierge who sticks with them from day one.
Meet our founding team. We learn your headcount, locations, existing coverage, and what your team actually cares about.
We design and underwrite the plan, walk you through the numbers, and share a one-page benefits overview you can forward to your team before anyone signs up.
Members are onboarded through Slack, iMessage, or the Rivendell app. Rivendell cards, wearables, and specialist intros start landing on day one.
One plan. Every team.
One plan for every startup. Zero deductible, the full optimization stack, 90-day renewal notice, and per-member pricing that drops as your team grows.
Flagship
Everything included, for every member. Pricing drops as your team grows — the plan grows with you.

Three things. (1) A zero-deductible plan — your team gets care from day one. (2) A real human concierge in Slack and iMessage who books appointments, handles pharmacy refills and routes claims for your team. (3) Access to hand-picked therapists and physios, many of whom don't take any other insurance, alongside biannual labs, a wearable and maternity coverage handled end to end.
Real people on our concierge team live in a shared Slack Connect channel and on an iMessage number with your team. They answer coverage questions, book doctor and specialist appointments, route prescriptions through Amazon Pharmacy (delivered in as little as three hours), handle claim disputes, and find providers traditional insurance can't match. It's a human on the other end — not a chatbot.
Yes, out of the box. Your Rivendell plan integrates with Claude, ChatGPT and any MCP-compatible assistant — no app to install and no extra setup. Members can ask their preferred assistant about coverage, in-network providers, or specific claims and get answers drawn directly from their plan. Behind the scenes our concierge team uses AI tooling to work faster, but the person texting you back in Slack or iMessage is always a real human.
That's the whole point. Every Rivendell team gets a shared Slack Connect channel with a dedicated concierge crew and an iMessage number. A real person responds — no bots, no ticket queues.
Yes — every member picks a top-tier wearable and we ship it on their start date. Sleep, HRV and training data flow into the Rivendell app so the concierge can personalize recommendations when it matters.
We've built relationships with top therapists and physical therapists in our service areas — including many who don't take any other insurance carriers because the reimbursement math doesn't work under legacy plans. Rivendell structures these as direct-pay or reimbursed visits; plan coinsurance applies the same way it would for any specialist visit, but without network gatekeeping or referral hoops.
California and New York today, with more states rolling out over the coming year. If your team spans states we don't yet cover, we'll onboard what we can and keep the remainder in the queue until their state is live.
Yes. Many founders save money by moving off their PEO onto Rivendell directly once they hit around five employees. We handle the migration, including COBRA and FSA/HSA continuity — no spreadsheet hand-offs required.
No surprise renewals. We publish any rate change 90 days in advance so you have time to plan or adjust. Per-member pricing also drops as your team grows — the plan grows with you — so most groups see their renewal go down, not up.
